As an alumnus of Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario, where I earned my Bachelor of Arts Degree, my professional life primarily unfolded within the realm of Talent Management, serving various industry sectors, with a notable focus on the software industry. In the year 2023, I crossed the threshold of 65, entering the golden age, a significant milestone that prompted me to reflect on my health and fitness journey.
