I am looking to have a re-vision made to an existing sign and artwork. We want to ADD the new business - Disc Centers of America Commack to the right of the sign and keep Active Chiropractic Care to the left of the sign.

I want to keep the SAME artwork with the Active Chiropractic Care Sign and REPLACE "Massage Therapy" with "Total Body Evaluation and Treatment". I want to add the following Bullet Points for Disc Centers of America Commack: Non - Surgical Solutions for: -Bulging Discs -Herniated Discs -Spinal Stenosis -Degenerative Discs
